轴承钢中镁的控制及作用研究

摘    要:研究了不同镁含量对轴承钢组织与性能的影响,结果表明,微量镁能改善轴承钢的碳化物尺寸及分布,含镁轴承的碳化物颗粒细小均匀,当镁含量为0.002-0.003%,其抗拉强度和屈服强度增加5%以上,塑性基本保持不变。

Abstract:Effect of magnesium on structure and property of bearing steel has been studied The results show that carbide size and distribution in bearing steel are improved by trace magnesium The carbide in the steel containing magnesium is fine and uniformly distributed The plasticity of the steel with 0 002 %~0 003 % Mg is not changed, and the tensile and yield strength are increased by 5 %
