| 摘 要： | 可视化公安综合业务管理系统(VPSOMS)是解决信息孤岛,整合公安资源进行科技强警的趋势。结合公安现状综合利用图像处理、模式识别、计算机视觉和网络通讯,数据库等技术,实时采集车辆牌照并传送至计算服务器进行各种交通计算及比对运算,实现可视化公安综合业务管理。本文介绍了VPSOMS在某城市的成功运作范例,强调了系统在实现多警种协同作战、机动车犯罪破案等方面发挥着越发重要的作用。

| Abstract: | Visual police synthetic operation management system is one solution of an information isolated island. By means of several technologies such as image processing, pattern recognition, computer vision, network communication and database based on real-time collecting of traffic data of vehicle license plate recognition, the traffic objects are recognized successfully. Then draw-out data acquisition of the car plate recognition system transmits and calculates, Finally apply to VPSOMS. Explained in detail design and realization of system after introducing software general situation, finally make a brief introduction of VPSOMS. VPSOMS applied improve the ability of coordination of multiple kinds of police, provide strong battle terrace to the automobile crime. |
