1000 mm以下的45Cr4NiMoV支承辊最终热处理工艺的选择

摘    要:对本公司生产的1 000 mm以下的支承辊,可采用不透烧加热喷雾淬火工艺和深层工频淬火工艺进行热处理。结果证明70Cr3Mo、60CrMnMo可采用前一种工艺,而淬硬性好的45Cr4N iMoV钢最好采用后一种工艺。两种方法均可以达到支承辊外硬里韧及辊身、辊颈不同硬度的目的。

Abstract:The backup rolls with the diameter less than 1000mm manufactured in our company shall be heat treated with the processes of non - burn through heating spraying quenching and deep layer line frequency. The results show that 70Cr3Mo,10CrMnMo steel can adopt the former process while 45Cr4NiMoV steel with well hardenability is better to adopt the latter process , both processes can obtain the purpose that the backup roll shall have the characteristic of harden surface and inside toughness with different hardness on both roll body and roll neck.
