热真空低温环境实验台研制

Abstract:To meet the environment requirements of cryogenic experiment,an 80 K vacuum cryotrap experiment apparatus was set up,which was available in measurements of pressure for 0-1 MPa,pressure difference for 1 Pa-100 kPa,temperature for 55-300 K,volume flowrate for 2-40 cubic meters per hour and heat load.With a vacuum multilayer thermal insulation structure,the lowest temperature of 80 K can be achieved and vacuum degree of 0.000 03 Pa can be reached in case of non-loaded system.With the developed dynamic data acquisition,processing and error analyze system,the maximum measurement error of this experiment rig are validated no more than 1%.A level 2 measurement precision of pressure and pressure difference,together with a less than 0.16 K temperature measurement error can be achieved with the constructed experiment apparatus.
