| 摘 要： | 限额设计是我省最近几年推行的一种设计方法。前几年，在政府投资的水利基本建设项目中，概算突破估算、预算突破概算的现象常有发生；现在，在新型的投资体制和基本建设项目法人责任制的前提下，限额设计应运而生。文中结合工作中的具体实际，说明限额设计操作的方法和步骤及不足。
