酚醛环氧丙烯酸酯光固化的动力学研究EI

摘    要:以酚醛环氧丙烯酸酯为预聚体,季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯为交联剂,采用自由基聚合型光固化体系,测定了树脂膜的双键转化率、硬度及凝胶转化率等,研究了不同光敏引发体系的引发活性及光固化过程的各种影响因素及反应规律。结果表明,本文采用的三种引发体系的引发活性为安息香双甲醚(DMPA)>二苯酮/三乙醇胺(BP/TEOA)>二苯基二硫化物(DPDS)。固化速度随预聚体的增多而加快,而涂层的交联程度则主要和预聚体与交联剂的配比有关。

Abstract:A radical photocurable system composed of phenolic epoxy acrylate as prepolymer. and pentaerythritoe triarylate as crosslinking agent was kinetic studied in this paper.The photo-curing processes were monitored by measuring the variation in double bond content by infra -red spectrometry, hardness of film and gelation extent by gravimetry. Three conventional photoinitiators were selected..2, 2-dimethoxy-2-phenylacetophenone (DMPA) , benzophenone/ triethanolamine (BP/TEOA) and diphenyldisulfide (DPDS) . The results obtained indicate that the rates of photocuring induced by different initiators are in the order DMPA>BP/ TEOA>DPDS. The conversion of double bond increases with in creasing prepolymer content, while the crosslinking degree is mainly dependent on the ratio of prepolymer to cross-linking agent.
