| 摘 要： | 我国数字图书馆的建设不仅要少交学费,而且要采取一切措施接近“零浪费”目标,为此要吸取图书馆自动化建设过程中的经验教训。文章对数字图书馆建设实施“零浪费”提出了三条建议。
