钢丝网砼墙板结构分析和设计

摘    要:针对新型钢丝网砼墙板出现的强度问题,采用有限元分析方法,分析了墙板干收缩值、钢丝网布置的密度和方式以及墙体所受约束对墙板应力水平的影响,指出了导致墙板开裂的主要原因是砼的干收缩值偏高,提出了三种降低应力水平设计方案,并进行了修正方案的计算和实验验证.据此修改后设计的墙板被证明具有较强的抗裂能力,同时表明了所提出的有限元分析方法的工程实用性.

Abstract:A structural analysis and design of a new type wall structure with steel meshwork is presented. Having analyzed the wall structure by finite element method, it is found that fracture of the wall is mainly due to the high dry shrinking value of the concrete. In order to reduce the stress level, three approaches to modify the design of the wall structures are studied in detail. The modified designs of the wall structure are examined and analyzed by FEM. The new design of the wall with steel meshwork has been verified by industrial test and it has a capability to prevent structure from fracture.
