油膜厚度补偿在冷连轧机自动厚度控制系统中的应用研究

摘    要:介绍了油膜厚度补偿控制的原理,实测了某1 450 mm冷连轧机在不同轧辊转速和轧制压力情况下的辊缝变化值,进而利用查表法并结合插值的方法实现了油膜厚度补偿控制,从而有效提高了升降速时带钢厚度控制精度,降低了头尾超差段长度,提高了同带差控制精度和带材成材率。

Abstract:Oil membrane thickness compensation control principle is introduced.Roller gap value and its variance at the different rolling speed and pressure have been measured for an 1 450 mm five stands tandem cold mill.Oil membrane thickness compensation control is realized by method of look-up table and interpolation approach.Hence strip thickness control accuracy at rolling mill accelerating and decelerating is efficiently improved,length of out-tolerance between head and tail is reduced,and control precision of gauge difference of same strip and rate of finished product are also improved.
