摘    要:外语教学不仅是语言教学,而且是文化教学.但纵观我国各级英语教学在增加文化含量上却有着一种片面性印仅仅加强了对英语国家的文化的介绍,而对交际主体一方的文化背景--中国文化的英语表达,却总体上处于忽视状态.本文分析了"中国文化失语症"的表现,从现代迁移理论和现行课程设置着手,对这一现象进行了剖析,指出了解决"中国文化失语症"对国际文化交流、英语学科发展、英语教学发展的意义,并从教学思想、教学素材、教学策略三个角度给出了解决方案.

Abstract:Foreign language teaching should not only involve the language itself ,but also the culture. Yet considering EFL teaching in China now, introduction of cultures of English speaking nations are emphasized while English presentation of Chinese culture has been sparse. Therefore, the present paper, by demonstrating the " disability to express Chinese culture in English" and in the light of modern theory of transfer and the present course design, analyzes the phenomenon and points out the necessity of solving the problem for international cultural communication and development of English subject and EFL teaching, introducing solutions from the perspectives of teaching ideology, teaching material and teaching methods.
