摘    要:武器系统效能主要体现在其作战对象受到的损伤程度,提出了一种基于作战对象损伤分析的武器系统效能评估方法。通过分析作战对象在对抗条件下的功能及部件的损伤情况,以损伤等级来描述损伤的不同程度,并引入逻辑算子构建作战对象的多值损伤树模型。然后采用有限状态机模型实现多值损伤树的定量分析,完成顶事件各等级损伤发生概率的求解,综合评估得到武器系统效能。以导弹武器系统突防效能评估为例,研究了评估方法的具体应用,建立了导弹防御系统效能损伤树及其状态机定量分析模型,给出了某导弹采用某突防策略的效能评估结果。

Abstract:Since weapon system effectiveness can be evaluated by measuring the damage of its opposed object, an approach to assess weapon system effectiveness based on damage analysis of opposed object was presented. The multi-valued damage tree was established to analyze functional damage and compo?nent damage of opposed object under combat conditions. Damage classes and logic operators were de?fined to represent different damage degrees and the relationships of the events with different damage classes in the damage tree respectively. Finite state macmne models were employed to accomplish quantificational analysis of damage tree and to calculate probabilities of top event. Then the conclusion of weapon system effectiveness was obtained. The approach was aoplied to a kind of missile system by the actual example to assess its penetration effectiveness and the result was given.
