石墨资源开发利用现状及对策建议

石墨是具有稀缺性、战略性和风险性的一种重要伴生金属资源,在冶金、电子、航空、军工等领域有诸多重要应用。我国是世界石墨生产的主要国家,矿产主要分布在黑龙江、内蒙古等地区。目前我国石墨资源开发利用面临低价出口资源、高价进口加工产品的状况。针对以上情况,对我国的石墨资源开发提出以下建议：整合石墨相关企业,加强对石墨资源保护。

Analysis on the development of graphite and recommended management strategies

Graphite is an important associated metal mineral with scarcity, strategic and risk. It, its alloys and compounds have many uses in metallurgy, electronics industry, voyage, military and so on. China dominates world production of primary graphite .Graphite-rich materials are mainly distributed in Heilongjiang, Inner Mongolia and other region. At present, graphite resources exploration and utilization faces challenges such as export resources in low price and inport converted products in high prices. According to the above situation, the paper put forward some suggestion,such as orchestrate the assets of graphite business and enhance the protection and rational utilization of graphite resources.
