内蒙古某低品位银多金属硫化矿选矿工艺试验研究

摘    要:针对内蒙古某低品位银多金属硫化矿,应用无毒浮选药剂,采用铜铅混选分离-再选锌浮选工艺流程,产出了可供销售的铜精矿、铅精矿和锌精矿产品,并取得了铜回收率50.39%、铅回收率70.08%、锌回收率79.09%、银在铜精矿和铅精矿中总回收率为65.47%的指标,达到了全面回收矿石中有价金属的目的,为该矿山的进一步开发提供了技术支持。

Abstract:In this paper, the mineral processing studyhas been carried out for solvingtechnological problems of a silver polymetallic sulfide ore from Inner Mongolia.A novel processing technology has beendeveloped to recover copper and lead by bulk-flotation and separation, followed by zinc-flotation using non-toxic reagent.Saleablecopper concentrate, lead concentrate and zinc concentrate products have been obtained respectively.50.39 percent of Cu,70,08 percent of Pb and 79.09 percent of Zn have been recovered. The total recovery of Ag in copper and lead concentrates was 65.47 percent. The study achieved the purpose of the comprehensive recovery of valuable metals in the ore and provided the technical support for further development of this mine.
