摘    要:韶钢Consteel电炉投产初期生产的螺纹钢其出服强度有不确定性。研究发现,这是钢中氮和残余元素含量较高,其显微组织中有较多的粒状贝氏体引起的。锰当时是一个能反映屈服强度与化学成分关系的指标,在 韶钢的生产条件下,Mneq>1.84%时易出现屈服强度不确定性现象。

Abstract:Synopsis This paper describes the uncertainty of yield strength of rebar produced by Consteel-EAF process at Shaoguan Steel in its beginning stage of production. Investigations showed that this phenomenon was caused by higher contents of nitrogen and remnant elements resulting in more granular bainite in the microstructure of steel.Manganese equivalent is a useful index to reflect the relationship between yield strength and chemical compositions. In Shaoguan Steel's conditions, the uncertainty of yield strength took place when Mn eq >1.84?%.
