摘    要:非平衡放电等离子体技术,在处理挥发性有机物(VOCs),尤其是大气中低体积分数的VOCs方面,具有独特作用。综述了电子束法、介质阻挡放电法、脉冲电晕放电法和直流电晕放电法在脱除VOCs方面的研究进展以及各种方法的优缺点、反应器结构和脱除原理,最后介绍了在VOCs脱除方面所做的研究。

Abstract:The non-balanced discharge plasma has its unique effect on treatment of volatile organic compounds (VOCs), especially on treatment of low concentration in atmosphere. It summarizes such four means as electron beam, dielectric barrier discharge, pulse corona discharge and direct current corona discharge to decompose VOCs. Research development, advantages and disadvantages, structure of reactor and theory of decomposition on them have been introduced respectively. In the final, our work in this field is mentioned.
