国内换热器流体诱导振动的研究状况

摘    要:回顾了国内换热器流体诱导振动研究的重要成果,其主要表现在两个方面,一是防止振动方面,通过分析致振原因,提出防振的具体措施,避免设备破坏;另一个是有效利用振动方面,即流体流动诱发新型传热结构的振动以实现强化传热。流体诱导振动是一门实用性很强的边缘学科,随着现代工业的发展,这一学科的前景非常广阔。

Abstract:The important domestic research achievements on fluid-induced vibration of heat exchanger were reviewed in the paper.These research achievements could be represented from two aspects.One aspect was about vibration prevention,which could avoid destroy of the equipment by analyzing the cause of vibration and putting forward specific measures of preventing vibration.The other aspect was about efficient utilization of the vibration,namely heat exchange enhancement by fluid-induced the vibration of new type heat exchange structure.The fluid-induced vibration is a practical boundary science.It has a wide prospect with the development of modern industry.
