| 摘 要： | 在组建信息化工程中的软件系统时，无论选择业务外包或内包的组建方式，都必须重视软件开发能力及过程评估，以确保软件产品的质量和项目的成功。文中为此探讨和研究了SEI CMM和ISO／IEC TR 15504等国际通用的评估标准以及评估实施方法。

| Abstract: | Importance should always be attached to the software capability and process assessment in establishing the application of information system for the purpose of ensuring the quality of the software products and the success of project, whether outsourcing or insourcing. This paper is a discussion and a research of the internationally practised assessment standards such as SEI CMM (Capability Maturity Model), ISO/IEC TR 15504, and their implement methods. |
