| 摘 要： | 汽车安全性能检测拖车是一种移动式汽车检测站，具有体积小，拖挂运行方便，展开、撤收快，自带动力、适合野外作业等特点。本文介绍了这种新型检测拖车的主要结构，阐述了其设计特点：悬架采用橡胶扭杆弹簧，使非簧载质量最小化；多功能试验台的应用有效地减小了整车的尺寸，提高了其机动性；制动试验台前、后滚筒均由液压系统驱动，提高了制动力测试精度。

| Abstract: | The trailer for vehicle safety inspection has its obvious advantages such as small size, high maneuverability, time- saving of transition from running state to testing state etc. It is also provided with mini -type diesel engine, which makes it suitable for field - task. The main structure was introduced, furthermore, the characteristics of design for the trailer was expounded. In order to attain minimum of unsprung mass, a new type of rubber torsion bar spring was adopted in suspension. Multi -function tester was introduced, which decreases the size of trailer. The rollers of tester are driven by hydraulic system, which enhances the precision for acquiring brake force. |
