我国水电站大坝安全状况及修补处理综述

我国水电站大坝从1987年开始实施定期检查和评价制度,至1998年底,96座大坝完成了首轮定期检查工作,摸清了大坝安全现状,同时采取一系列修补处理措施,消除了许多缺陷和隐患,使水电站大坝在防洪、发电等方面发挥出巨大作用。展望21世纪头10年,深入研究大坝病害机理和对策,重点突破深水下修补处理难关,认真吸取教训强化预防措施,将是面临的三个重大课题,通过不懈努力,水电站大坝安全状况将会进一步得到提高和改善。

Dam safety status and repair of hydropower stations in China

So far dams of96hydropower stations have been performed in the first round periodic inspection since the rules of periodic inspection and assessment have been implemented in1987.A series of repair measures have been taken to eliminate the pitfalls and defects at the same time to make dams exert much function in flood control and generation.Looking forward to the first ten years of21st century,we are facing three aspects of disaster mechanism of dams,countermeasures,underwater repair and preventive measures.The status of dam safety of hydropower sta-tions will be further improved by our effort.
