摘    要:高精度的滚珠丝杠价格较高,因保证加工精度而在普通的数控机床中使用高精度的丝杠会增加生产成本.为了解决加工精度和成本的矛盾,本文利用激光干涉仪进行误差测量,通过相关的软件对数控机床的定位误差进行补偿,从而保证了加工中使用低精度的丝杠也能生产出高精度的零件,达到了降低生产成本,同时又能保证加工精度的目的.

Abstract:The price of ball-screw with high accuracy is very high. Using high accuracy lead-screw in the common NC machine tool to ensure the processing-accuracy will increase operating costs. To solve the problem between the costs and processing-accuracy, the laser-interferometer was used to measure the error, the related software was used to compensate the position error of the NC machine tool, then high accuracy parts were produced with low accuracy lead-screw, the production costs were reduced.
