| 摘 要： | 对开式离心铸造机模具设计是设计出相关的工艺过程,选择、确定工艺方案和技术要求。根据离心铸造的实际尺寸要求和工作环境,选择模具材料,设计并绘制零件图,分析零件图,进行铸造工艺设计,然后进行机械加工工艺设计和热处理工艺设计。 |

| Abstract: | The design for operation characteristic mold of the centrifugal casting machine is to design the relevant craft course,choose the technics projects and technique requirements.According to the actual size and working environment of centrifugal casting,choose mold material,design and draw the part drawing,analyse the part drawing,carrys through the foundry technics design,the machining processs design and the heat treatment processs design. |
