Starting with the viewpoints of Marxism, borrowing ideas from the experiences of Small Town construction abroad and applying the theory on "growth pole" in modern economics, this paper analyses the status quo of and problems in the construction of small towns and puts forward the strategic thoughts and countermeasures. |
