Abstract:in this paper, advertisement service markets are sorted out from two respects, and divided intosegments on two dimensions. Based on the discussion about competitive ability of advertisement letterservice in every market segment, markets are divided into three grades. In the end, the market allocationand some key administration taCtics about advertisement letter service are discussed.
