摘    要:全面质量管理 (TQM)与企业过程重构 (BPR)是当今提高企业进步的两种流行的管理方法。这两种管理方法都追求企业表现及质量的提高 ,然而 ,它们经常被认为是两种截然不同的管理方式。首先对全面质量管理与企业过程重构进行了对比 ,并找出了它们的不同和互补的关系。基于这些关系 ,提出了全面质量管理与企业过程重构的相互适应性及协调性。最后 ,总结了全面质量管理与企业过程重构集成的优势与好处

Abstract:Total Quality Management (TQM) and Business Process Reengineering (BPR) are two popular management approaches for business improvement. While the two approaches both seek to enhance performance and quality, they are often perceived as complete opposites. This paper compares and contrasts TQM and BPR. Their differences and complementary relationships are described. Based on the analysis of the differences and the complementary relationships, the adaptability and synergy between TQM and BPR are identified. Finally, a conclusion of integrating TQM and BPR is presented.
