青岛小港湾风貌区设计研究

青岛小港湾区域是青岛城市历史风貌保护街区,在青岛城市形成与发展史上具有重要的地位.面临大规模的城市更新改造建设,如何发掘并延续这一街区的历史文脉,在保存旧有街区样式的同时如何更新旧有的使用功能,并使之现代化,是当前历史街区研究的课题.该区域设计面临的问题是基地建筑已经全部拆除,作为＂历史风貌区＂已不存在保护与改造旧有建筑的设计课题,设计任务因此转向如何营建一处新的历史风貌街区.从该区域的史料入手分析其空间形态演化过程,为规划和建筑设计提供依据;在恢复旧有街区布局前提下,借鉴日本明治村对历史建筑的保存方法,提出全新的规划和建筑设计方案.

Study on planning and reconstruction of the Small Harbor historic district in Qingdao

With its importance in the shaping and development of Qingdao City,Qingdao＇s Small Harbor area is a district protected for its historic style.A large-scale urban reconstruction is taking place here.It becomes the research subject of historic districts to discover and keep their historic context,protect the style of the previous blocks and upgrade and modernize the old features of use.The main problem in the planning of this area is that the old site constructions have all been dismantled.This makes impossible the design project to protect and rebuild the historic site.The design task has turned to how to build a new historic district.Starting from the analysis of historical materials about the evolutionary process of this district,this thesis provides basis for architectural planning and design.In addition,the thesis puts forward a completely new planning and design scheme.The scheme borrows ideas from the preservation methods of the historic styles of Museum Meiji-mura on the premise of restoring the previous block layout.
