基于等强度梁的光纤光栅测试系统的性能分析

摘    要:以悬臂等强度梁为研究对象,用成熟且具有高可靠性的传统应变片测试系统和先进的光纤光栅测试系统,对等强度梁相应测点处的静态应变和动态应变进行了测量.通过以应变片测量为基准的实验分析方法,明确光纤光栅测试系统在应变测量方面具有和应变片相同的可靠性和准确性,为今后将光纤光栅测试系统引入高速旋转机械的在线监测打下了基础.

Abstract:Taking the beam of constant strength as the research object, the authors use the reliable tradi- tional strain gauge measurement system to measure the static and dynamic strain of the testing points on the beam. Besides, the more advanced optical fiber grating system is introduced to take measurement of the strain. Through analysis of the experiment data, the reliability and the precision of the optical fiber grating system have been proved to be as good as the traditional system, which will consequently make solid foundation for the upcoming experiments on the large-scale rotating machinery.
