| 摘 要： | 由于西方发达国家在技术上的垄断和知识产权的保护,使得以往我国的高科技园大部分是生产导向型园区,企业的自主知识产权偏低.本文研究高科技园的规划设计如何符合产业的发展需要,特别指出必须以产业特性作为规划设计的出发点.
