摘    要:利用流体换热特性不同及换热器的效率不同,通过合理配置空分设备各功能换热器的能耗关联参数,提高空分设备的投资性价比。以30000 m3/h外压缩流程空分设备为例,简介冷凝蒸发器和主换热器的作用和性能,比较计算了冷凝蒸发器和主换热器的结构及投资成本。

Abstract:The rational allocation of energy-consumption related parameters of functional heat exchangers of air separation plant on basis of different heat exchange characteristics of fluids and different efficiency of heat exchangers improves the performance/investment cost ratio of air separation plant. Here, with 30000 m3/h external compression process air separation plant as example, the action and performance'of the condensation evaporator and the main heat exchanger are briefed, and their structure and investment cost are compared and calculated.
