摘    要:华能福州电厂1号、2号炉自投运以来,再热器超温严重,严重影响锅炉机组的安全经济运行.通过试验研究和计算分析,找出再热器系统超温原因.采用受热面综合改造的方案,再热器减温水量大幅下降,同时过热器欠温问题得到有效解决,大大提高了锅炉机组运行的安全性和经济性,获得了良好的经济效益和社会效益.

Abstract:Since commissioning,reheater overheating has been a serious problem for Huanneng Fuzhou Power Plant's No.1 and No.2 boiler,consequentially influencing the boiler sets' safe and economic operation.The cause of the reheater system's overheating has been reveiled by tests,calculation and analysis,and the problem solved by comprehensively retrofitting the heating surfaces,wherewith the attempering water of the reheater has been remarkably reduced and the superheater's underheating problem solved.The boiler sets' operational safety and economy have thereby been noticeably raised.
