电子科学与技术专业培养方案初探

摘    要:以微电子技术方向为例,分析了电子科学与技术专业本科培养方案中的课程/学分设置及基础课与专业课、理论教学与实践教学的学分比例情况,简要介绍了学科主干课程的设置方案;分析比较了美国三所高水平大学同类学科的培养方案。对本科教学培养过程中存在的一些问题进行了简要分析。
