聚丙烯酰胺在牛皮纸生产中的干增强效果

在牛皮纸生产中,用聚丙烯酰胺千强剂来替代两性淀粉提高纸张的干强度,对比了几种聚丙烯酰胺类增强剂的使用效果,并选用阳离子聚丙烯酰胺增强剂LX进行了中试试验.通过试验发现,在保证成纸原有干强度的前提下,增强剂LX用量为5 kg/t（纸）时,可替代两性淀粉8 kg/t（纸）,同时阳离子松香胶用量降低了2 kg/t（纸）,硫酸铝用量降低了22 kg/t（纸）,吨纸成本比现有工艺降低38元.

The Dry Strength Enhancement Effect of Polyacrylamide in the Production of Kraft Paper

Several kinds of polyacrylamide were compared, The cationic PAM LX was used in the＇pilot plant trial. By the experiment, on the base of ensuring original final paper dry strength, when the amount of the LX is 5 kg/t （based on paper）, it can replace 8 kg/t（based on paper） amphoteric starch. Meanwhile, the cationic dispersing rosin latex dosage was decreased by 2 kg/t（based on paper）,and aluminum sulfate by 22 kg/t（based on paper）, and the cost per ton paper by 38 Yuan than the existing process.
