| 摘 要： | 依照法律英语的语言特点,法律英语翻译应当遵循三条原则,即以正确理解为前提、以准确公正为指导、以是否等效为标准。在此基础上,译者应该在适当的范围内发挥其能动性和创造性,促成法律文本的有效传递。

| Abstract: | Based on the characteristics of legal English,three principles of legal translation are proposed in this essay.They are proper understanding,accuracy and justice,and equivalency.Moreover,the paper discusses the role of translators and points out that a translator should develop his or her creativity within a certain proper scale,hence to promote an effective conveyance of a legal text. |
