小茅山银铜矿石选矿试验研究与生产实践

摘    要:采用选择性捕收剂BK901h浮选处理小茅山银铜矿石,解决了原来生产铜精矿质量不稳定的问题。小型试验取得了铜精矿中铜品位22.12%、回收率97.31%,铜精矿中银品位551.00g/t、回收率82.46%的指标。工业生产实践的指标为铜精矿中铜品位23.89%、回收率94.31%,铜精矿中银品位784.80g/t、回收率79.01%。

Abstract:A copper selective collector named BK901h was adopted in treating Xiaomaoshan copper-silver ore.With this reagent the unstable quality of copper concentrate was improved.The concentrate obtained from closed circuit test contains 22.12% Cu and 551.0g/t Ag.The recovery was 97.31% for Cu and 82.46% for Ag.The industrial production yielded a copper concentrate containing 23.89% Cu and 784.8g/t Ag,with 94.31% Cu and 79.01% Ag recovered.
