间歇式钢丝绳预张拉技术

摘    要:阐述钢丝绳的结构伸长机理 ,对连续式预张拉和间歇式预张拉的优缺点进行对比 ,介绍了国产间歇式钢丝绳预张拉设备的性能特点 ,提出了需要进行预张拉的钢丝绳的生产控制要求 ,对钢丝绳结构伸长进行了实际测试 ,结果表明对 6× 1 9+FC - 37- 1 670MPa级钢丝绳实施 441kN预张拉 ,钢丝绳伸长率为 0 .858% ,预张拉后可消除结构伸长 ,能满足实际使用

Abstract:To expound the mechanism of wire rope structure extension.The advantges and disadvantages between continuous and intermittence pretension are compared.The property characteristics of the intermittence wire rope pretension equipment made at home are introduced.The production control requirements of wire rope needing pretension are put forward.The structure extension of wire rope is examined practically,and the result shows that the total extension of the 6×19+FC-37-1 670 MPa wire rope is 0.858% when it is pretensioned with 441 kN force,and the structure extension can be eliminated after extension,which can meet the practical use.
