耐高温滤用单丝的研究进展

摘    要:综述国内外各种耐高温滤用纤维的开发,从单丝材料的特性出发,说明采用单丝制作滤布是减轻滤布堵塞,延长滤布过滤周期和提高过滤指标最有效的措施之一,着重介绍了PPS、PTFE、PEEK滤用单丝的特性、制备及研究进展。

Abstract:The paper presents the development of kinds of fibers for high temperature resistant filter medium over the world. According to the characteristics of monofilament, it was narrated that the use of monofilament filter cloth can retard the block of filter cloth, prolong the service life of medium and improve filtration efficiency. Moreover, the characteristics, preparation and the recent advance in the research of PPS, PTFE, PEEK monofilament for filter medium was described in detail.
