摘    要:测定和分析了高粘度非牛顿流体在具有静态混合器或机械搅拌的内循环气升式反应器的流体力学性能。结果显示静态混合降低了流体循环速度UL,增加混合时间Tm与平均气含率。机械搅拌仍能强化其传递性能。针对有、无静态混合器情况,分别将气含率地表观气速、机械搅拌功能、非牛顿流体浓度作了关联和讨论。

Effects on the Transfer of the Airlift Loop Reactor Equipped with Inner Components
Abstract:Fluiddynamic characteristics of airlift loop reactor( ALR)equipped with static mixer or mechanical impeller for high viscous non Newtonian fluids is investigated and analyzed. Results indicate that the liquid circulation velocity in the ALR is reduced by using static mixer,and the mixing time and gas holdup are increased. Mechanical stirring reinforces the transfer characteristics of ALR. The gas holdup correlates with the apparent gas velocity and the power of mechanical stirring.The concentration of non Newtonian fluids is discussed with or without static mixer.
