| Abstract: | What is introduced is the Ku band microwave high degree frequency multiplier which is designed by combining microwave integration chips with microwave integrating technology. Single piece integrated amplifier is also used to make one main component of the device. The high degree microwave frequency multiplier is composed of frequency multiplier and integrated amplifier functioning alternatively. Such kind of frequency multiplier possesses excellent quality and high stability. |
