| Abstract: | The agile supply chain is the dynamic alliance of a core enterprise. The agile supply chain model(SCM) centering on a core enterprise is defined. It is concluded that the agile SCM management is the coordinated management of both the core enterprise and those under it in the chain. Meanwhile, the principles of agile supply chain management are proposed. |
