| 摘 要： | 详细介绍了南通竹行地区实行峰谷分时电价后出现的局部地区“峰谷倒挂”现象，对其成因及其对电网安全运行的危害进行了分析，阐明了在局部地区采用技术和管理手段解决电力供需矛盾的必要性和可能性，客观描述了局部地区有序用电方案及其实施情况，对其成功经验进行了总结。

| Abstract: | This paper detailed introduces the ＂peak and valley inversion＂ phenomenon after implementing peak and valley tariff in parcel areas of Zhuhang in Nantong area, analyzes the causes and hazards to the power grids＇ safe operation of the phenomenon, elaborates the necessity and possibility of adopting technology and management measures to solve the contradictions of electric power supply and demand in some areas, objectively describes the orderly electricity consumption in parcel areas and its implementation, and summarizes its successful experience. |
