填料密封结构改进设计

针对传统填料密封的结构特点与密封原理,分析了对密封填料加载所引起的密封填料受力的不合理性。从力学的角度对传统填料密封的结构进行了改造,提出了反向加力的新型填料密封结构。此结构在性能上克服了传统填料密封的不足,使得填料密封的原理与结构更为合理,其密封性能和使用寿命都得到了提高。

Improving design of packing seal structure

In view of the structure characteristics and sealing principle of traditional packing seal,the seal filling load-bearing irration caused by loading sealed filling is analyzed.From the mechanics perspective,the structure of traditional packing seal is improved,and a new structure with interval load is introduced,which overcomes the shortcomings of traditional packing seal in structure and performance,makes the packing seal principle and structure more rational,and improves sealing performance and service life.
