摘    要:按送电线路途经周围环境污秽状况,确定盐密监测点。通过固定检测人员,规范检测程序,统一测试仪器,在绝缘子运行66个月过程中,获得了绝缘子积污饱和的规律,提出应以运行绝缘子饱和盐密为依据,修订电网污区图,按污区图配置线路外绝缘,以实现国网防污闪专家组提出的“绝缘到位,留有裕度,不考虑清扫”的线路防污闪目标。

Abstract:The salt density testing point should be determined according to the pollution condition of the ambient environment of the power transmission line. Through steadying the detecting personnel, specifying the testing procedures and unifying the measuring instruments during accumulated 66 months' operation, the pollution' s accumulation and saturation rule of the operation insulator are concluded, revising the pollution map based on the saturated salt density value of the operation insulator and equipping external insulation of the transmission line are put forward to realize the anti-pollution flashover objectives of "insulation satisfying and exceeding the requirements, regardless of cleaning ", which is raised by the anti-pollution flashover experts group of State Grid Corporation of China.
