| 摘 要： | 高校学生社区是高校后勤社会化改革推进的产物,是高等教育管理体制改革的需要,是高校人才培养战略的重要组成部分.阐述了学生社区管理的功能和学生社区文化的特点,提出了构建学生社区文化的措施.

| Abstract: | Students' community in colleges and universities is the product of the promotion of the socialization of logistics in colleges and universities and the need of higher education system reform,and an important component of talent cultivation strategy of colleges and universities.This paper expatiates on the function of student community management and the characteristics of student community cultures,and puts forward the measures to build student communities. |
