互联网舆情监测、预警和引导技术

互联网舆情作为网络空间认知域的重要研究方向,已成为影响社会持续有序发展、维护国家安全和稳定的重要因素。在对现阶段舆情信息监测技术进行深入研究的基础上,分析了国内技术水平的差距,结合互联网空间认知域的分级预警和信息引导技术,提出了一个完整的舆情管控体系,融合了舆情的监测、预警和引导手段,达到化解公共危机和挫败恐怖分子破坏社会安定的目的。

Internet Public Opinion Monitoring,Early Warning and Guidance Technologies

As the important research direction oF network spatial cognitive domain, the lnternet public opinion has become the important factor to affect the social order and sustainable development and safeguard the national security and stability. Based on the further research of current public opinion information monitoring technology, this paper analyzes the gap of domestic technology level. Combining with the early-warning classification and information guidance technologies of Internet space cognitive domain, this paper proposes a complete public opinion management and control system which integrates the monitoring, early warning and guidance means of public opinion to resolve the public crisis, and defeat the disruption of social order of terrorists.
