| 摘 要： | 本文采用视频图像处理技术进行人手识别,利用肤色分割和Freeman链实现边缘轮廓的提取.本算法可快速、高效地识别几种基本手势.利用序列图像特征性进行机器人导航.

| Abstract: | This paper deals with the issue of hand signal recognition with the aid of video vision technique and the realization of the extraction of edge outline by skin color division and Freeman chain.This approach has the advantages of discerning some basic hand signals expediently and efficiently and of navigation by robot using characteristics of array of pictures. |
