| 摘 要： | 神经元之间的信息传递主要依赖于神经递质释放到细胞外的化学信号传导。用于研究神经递质释放的方法有很多种。本文旨在为神经递质研究提供全面而重要的技术概述。首先,本文介绍了这些技术的基本原理及其进展;其次,对这些方法的重要性和应用进行了讨论。在应用示例中,介绍了若干技术的发展,例如光学方法中的荧光染料传感器。最后本文对此类研究的最新趋势进行了总结。

| Abstract: | The transmission between neurons is primarily dependent on the chemical signaling of neurotransmitters released into the extracellular space.The basic principles and progress of technologies of neurotransmitter studies,and the importance and application of these methods are discussed.In the application examples,developments in several techniques,such as fluorescent dye sensors in optical methods,are described.Finally,the latest trends in such research are summarized. |
