废弃物焚烧锅炉内错列管束的对流换热特性

摘    要:该文为了研究废弃物焚烧锅炉尾部错列管束的换热计算方法,基于模化实验原理,共做了108种工况的实验,得出了低雷诺数工况的换热计算方法。实验研究表明:烟气中水分浓度的增加增强了烟气的换热性能,并随着温度的增加和水分体积浓度的增加而更为明显,这是因为水分浓度的增加减小了热边界层的厚度并改变了烟气的导热系数,进而减小了热边界层的热阻。对比3种管束结构的换热性能表明:高水分烟气换热性能主要随纵向节距的减小而增加,随着横向节距的增加而增加。

Abstract:The paper is to get the method for studying the character of convective heat transfer of high moisture flue gas in the MSW incinerator. It is based on experiments under 108 working conditions. Staggered tube bundles simulate the heating surface of the MSW incinerator in experiments. A modified correlation has been obtained by comparing the experimental and computational heat transfer coefficients. The modified correlation is only applied under low Renault conditions. The experiment data shows that the heat transfer ability of the high-moisture flue gas is higher than the normal flue gas. The influence of moisture on heat transfer is stronger as the temperature or the percentage of moisture is higher. The ability for heat transfer of the flue gas becomes higher when the longitudinal pitch is decreased or the latitudinal pitch is increased.
