基于单片机的刮水电机测试系统的研究

摘    要:开发了基于单片机的汽车刮水器电机性能测试系统,介绍了该测试系统的结构组成及其工作原理。测试系统采用89C51微处理器作为处理核心,对加载装置进行脉宽调速,对信号进行采集、检测、处理。能够进行力矩、转速的测量,并动态显示于生产现场;输出和显示试验曲线和试验报告于PC机。试验表明,该性能测试系统自动化程度高,可靠性好,测量精度高,满足了生产需要,提高了生产效率。

Abstract:Testing performances system of wiper motor that base on single-chip is developed in this paper. The framework and principles are stated in detail. Microprocessor 89C51 is used as the process center in the testing system. It can regtdate the speed of the load-equipment, sample, detect and process the singles. It can measure the torque, the rotate speeds and display them dynamic, furthermore, it can output the testing curves and reports to the PC. It has been showed that the testing system is highly automatic, reliability and accuracy. It can satisfy the poroduction and increase the poroductivity.
