摘    要:针对配电网点多、面广、量大的特点,开发了利用分组无线业务(GPRS)作为通信通道的三层分布式的电能质量监测系统。分别从硬件、通信通道、软件和Web平台介绍了系统的总体结构和具体实现。精度校验和现场的运行证明,系统能长期可靠、稳定运行。

Abstract:According to the characteristics of the Distribution,which has nodes in large quantity and area,the triple-tiered distributed power quality monitoring system was developed by using the general packet radio service(GPRS) as its communication channel.The gross structure and the realization of the system were introduced in four ways,such as hardware,communication channel,software and web platform.By precision checkout and field operation,it proves that the system can run stably and reliably for a long time.
