内生化发展:政府经济管理职能转换的准则

作为一种特定的经济运行机制和资源配置手段，我国的社会主义市场经济体制虽然与西方国家存其基本功能、基本运行规则、基本原则、基本要素和内部结构上存在着共性的一面，但我国的政治制度、意识形态以及自然环境、历史文化传统和经济发展水平特别是市场经济发展的历史起点均与西方国家有着巨大差异。因此，我国的市场经济体制以及政府干预必然具有诸多不同于西方各国及其他发展中国家的特点。在中国现存的社会、政治和经济结构的土壤上，照搬西方模式是难以嫁接成活的，只有循着内生化发展的道路，植根于中国国情和能够应付各种挑战的市场经济体制和政府职能模式才有旺盛的生命力。

Endongenesis development:rules of transformation of government economy management functions

Being a certain economic operation mechanism and resource configuration means,the socialist market economy system of our country has common characters with the western countries in its basic functions,operation regularities,principles,factors and inner structure,but we have great difference in political system,ideology,natural environment,historical and cultural tradition,level of economic development,especially the start of market economy development.So,it will be certain that China has many different characteristics with the western countries and the other developing countries in market economy system and government intervention.With China's current social,political and economical structure,it will fail to just copy the western mode.It should be endogenic and suit the country itself and deal with all kinds of challenges.
