| 摘 要： | 为防止煤矿斜井井口平车场电机车作业时,由于电机车司机疏忽等误操作造成电机车失控而发生的跑车事故,设计了基于机器图像识别、无线遥控、PLC控制等技术的电机车顶挂车作业安全控制系统,介绍了该系统的组成和控制原理。实际应用表明,该系统识别准确灵敏,阻车制动及时可靠,有效地杜绝了煤矿斜井井口平车场跑车事故的发生。
